If you don't remember, check out this resource: Here is a a concise explanation of Mission, Vision and Core Values Plan for this weekToday: we'll critique mission and vision statements in small groups Tuesday: Ashley will explain Parts 4 and 5 of the assignment and give you work time Thur: Guest speakers! *Dick White – Mayor – City Council for 6 years past professor at Smith College *Melissa Youseff-- Former AHS Board President, Current City Council member *Doug Lyon – past City Councilor two terms, two time Mayor, now on LPEA Board Fri: Work time and conferences (Personal Leadership Philosophy and Action plan is due Monday, 9/25 for peer critique in class) Next week: Conferences and time to start getting feedback on your action plan from your "constituents" with the goal of getting their "buy-in" and making sure you're tapping into shared values and visions! We'll continue to refine these philosophies and action plans for the next few weeks while also working towards concrete goals.
